Meet Dodge Point Land Company

We founded Dodge Point Land Company to help landowners. In some instances that’s helping them sell their unwanted vacant, bare, and/or raw land and in others it’s connecting them with a contractor or a builder to help them fulfill their dreams for the property.

Our Mission: Offer land owners a viable alternative to traditional land-selling by providing a fast and efficient process, with either a fair cash offer or an alternative solution tailored to their specific needs.

We’ve worked on virtually every type of lot you can imagine. From size to zoning to topography, you name it and we’ve probably dealt with it before. What sets us apart from our competition is that we have actually done the work. We have been out in the field and we know what it takes to get things done. Land is not a one size fits all asset, sometimes it takes experience and creative thinking to get deals done.

Many of the lots we buy are in rural, or undeveloped areas, making them hard to sell through traditional methods. However, we are interested in all types of land; rural, suburban and even commercial and industrial… we will make an offer on almost any lot with any zoning, helping you to get the cash you need for other investments.

Dodge Point Land Company is based in Golden, however, we are currently buying properties throughout CO and other areas, too.

Meet the Owner

Will Scherman graduated with a degree in Civil Engineering and began working in residential development immediately following graduation at a geotechnical engineering firm with projects along the entire front range and Denver Metro area. After serving national builder clients as a field engineer, he transitioned into project management and worked as Land Development Manager for two of the largest builders in the Country. He has overseen the installation of over $250MM in infrastructure resulting in the development and disposition of over 1,000 residential lots throughout Colorado to national builders like DR Horton, Richmond American, Lennar, David Weekley Homes, KB Homes amongst others. Will founded Dodge Point Land Company to help land owners sell their property easily and efficiently.

How We Work With Property Owners

At the end of the day, our mission is to help put land into people and developers hands who are able to use them for their best and highest use. In some instances that means investing money into developing the property further and other times it means doing nothing and passing it on to a new owner who will appreciate its natural tranquility. Working with both landowners and land buyers every day, we love to help you as the landowner turn your unwanted land into cash that you can put to better use elsewhere.
